Senior Payments Manager


Role Description:

In this role you will be responsible for the white label payment solutions (over multiple regions) of a world's leading data driven marketing platform. Working closely with the product management team for our clients to create the best optimized, converting products. All of these products are in the digital products space such as VOD, Dating, Entertainment, E-learning, Music and Gaming. 

This specialized job requires persistent and persuasive interactions with different departments, proven relationship building skills, ability to negotiate and strong communication skills. You are a self-motivated individual, who can bring experience and in-depth knowledge.

Product management tasks that include:

  • Work with product management and business development to identify opportunities for client payment performance improvement
  • Execute the deep level analysis to identify root cause of sub- optimal performance and make recommendations for remedial or enhancement actions
  • Perform an analysis on merchants orders and provide solutions to reduce rejections, improve success rate, improve approval rate, etc
  • Explain data, visualizations, their meaning and application to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analyzing the competitive landscape and come up with new ideas to improve our customer LTV
  • Coordinate A/B test with product managers and marketing for new persuasive and converting user journeys in order to improve conversion ratio
  • Write clear and concise requirements for payment flows and manage and follow up of these requirements with our IT team
  • Maintain bank relations and approval applications on behave of our clients
  • Manage risk on a daily basis: fraud and chargeback performance on a mid level
  • Follow up on external market developments and regulations

Tools you will use:

On a daily basis you review the following in

· PowerBI

· Jira

· Trackrevenue

· Google Analytics

Meeting structure:

  • Weekly with head of operations
  • Monthly to present the results
  • Quarterly goal setting meetings
  • Internal meetings with other departments if necessary
  • Report the weekly results to the management team
