We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive Lead to lead the sales activities in the French market, based out of the Paris office.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Europe, you will assess the current business, develop a deep understanding of their solution, customers and industry, and take hands-on responsibility for driving revenue growth and customer value.
Lead the sales executives team in France
Build a “quality” pipeline to meet own and team’s objectives
Follow up on customers’ onboarding, KPIs and business performance
Engage and build excellent relationships with Directors or C-Level executives of prospective companies to inform and educate about the value proposition
Contribute to the go-to-market strategy
Your main responsibilities:
Identify sales opportunities based on market trends and prospect needs
Approach prospects, generating new opportunities in key verticals such as insurance, financial services, utilities, media, etc.
Manage the entire sales cycle in particular assessment of needs, proposal, negotiations and contract signature
Establish strong collaboration between all commercial activities and the rest of the organisation including Product, Marketing, Partnership, Customer Success and Legal
Lead the team to achieve targets in line with the company's best interest : recurring revenues and profitable growth.
Drive innovation back into the Product roadmap through the delivery of key customer insights

Qualifications / Skills:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial roles with large accounts, ideally within the Payment or Fintech industry and /or Enterprise software sales
Team Leadership experience
Good understanding of digitalisation and automation benefits to businesses

Experience in addressing C-level interlocutors
Strategic negotiation skills
Strong ability to seamlessly adapt
Analytical skills to quickly distill key insights
Fluent in French and English
